Night Shift To Be Acquired By Hendler Family Brewing (Jack’s Abby)

We are excited and thrilled to announce that Night Shift Brewing is being acquired by the local, family-owned Hendler Family Brewing Co. We’ll be joining an impressive portfolio of local craft brands including Jack’s Abby and Wormtown to create the largest producer of craft beer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Here’s what you need to know: 
This marks the culmination of a growing partnership between Hendler Family Brewing Co. (HFB) and Night Shift, a proud Jack’s Beverage Company customer since 2022.
HFB is committed to maintaining Night Shift’s dynamic lineup of beers, ranging from flagships like Whirlpool, Santilli, and Nite Lite to their seasonal favorites and more limited releases.
The Night Shift locations at Lovejoy Wharf in Boston and the Taproom in Everett will continue to operate as usual, along with the three seasonal Boston beer gardens on the Esplanade, in Allston, and at Dewey Square.
The vast majority of Night Shift employees will remain on staff, so you’ll continue to see the same smiling faces at your favorite Night Shift locations.
With support from HFB, Night Shift is poised to be stronger than ever, fueled by an experienced innovation team, a state-of-the-art brewing facility, and a passionate crew of brewers, quality control experts, sales & marketing professionals, and more.
