Today we get our first peek at a new beer coming to the 2019 Wood Cellar Reserve Series from New Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins, CO. This is L’Amour En Cage and it will be a foeder-aged (6-months in Foeder No 53) golden sour ale refermented on golden gooseberries for three months. The name refers to the French description of gooseberries (Love In A Cage). and the beer will hit 7.5%-AbV. This is the 12.7oz bottle and stay tuned here for full release info.
