Here’s your first look at a new Inception Series beer coming from our pal Paul Kavulak at Nebraska Brewing. This is Sallyweiss and it is a Bavarian-style Imperial Hefeweizen that starts with their EOS and this version is then aged in 2nd use French oak Chardonnay wine barrels. Look for Sallyweiss to be packaged in 750ml bottles and the beer hits 8.2%-AbV.
