Here’s a peek at Monday Night Brewing Nerd Alert Pseudo Pilsner. Nerd Ale will use is fermented with ale yeast at low temps, thus the “pseudo” but it will use Munich & Pilsner malts as well as Hallertau & Willamette hops. Nerd Alert will be packaged in 12oz bottles (and kegs) and come in at 5% ABV and 22 IBU.
