Together with the homies at Highland Park Brewery, we’ve managed to succeed in creating not only an DIPA worthy of commemorating the forthcoming garden of pleasures that is the Dankness Dojo, but a can worthy of containing said beer. It’s a gloriously hazy profusion of Citra, Strata, and Centennial hops that detonates your pleasure receptors with a rush of citrus, stone fruit, and tropical flavor notes.

FORTUNATE SUN IPA (4-pack of 16oz cans)
**A very limited amount of this beer will be distributed to select markets in the Pacific Northwest.
The second collaborative brew of the year with our friends at Great Notion Brewing, this 7% hazy masterpiece was massively dosed with the same hops found in Fortunate Islands, Citra and Amarillo, before receiving a tropical twist with the addition of Australian Galaxy hops.

CELESTIAL CITY (750ml bottle)
A marriage of the traditional, rustic farmhouse style and modern experimentation with brettanomyces, Celestial City brings the best of both delicious worlds into direct contact with your lucky little tastebuds. This year’s Heavy Weather is a blend of 60% Natural Ethiopia Adado, 25% Guatemala Don Julio Cap, and 15% Bourbon Barrel-Aged Brazil Pico Agudo. It’s a beautiful amalgamation of beans that yields a dazzling, full-bodied sensory tapestry of mixed berry jam, dark chocolate, oak, and bourbon with a long, fascinating finish.

Important notes regarding the canned special releases Ghost Train DIPA, Finally Open in Los Angeles DIPA, and Fortunate Sun IPA:

• While the rest of the sale has the standard 2-month pick-up window (ending 2/7/2018), the pick-up window for Ghost Train, Finally Open in Los Angeles, and Fortunate Sun is 30 days only. That means that the last day to pick these up is on 1/12/2018. No exceptions.

We’ll be hosting a release party at the Fermentorium on Wednesday, December 13th. Please note that Heavy Weather Cold Brew Coffee cans are not available to pick-up until Saturday, December 16th.
