Here’s a new series of beers from Mikkeller called “Yeast Series.”  All are a Pale Ale Styled beer packaged in 11.2oz bottles and coming in at 6.4% ABV.  The series includes Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, English, American, Lager & Saison yeasts…and yes the latest…Brettanomyces Lambicus too!
