This is Mikkeller William and it is a wild ale brewed with pears from the orchards of Lilleo. This beer uses Doyenne, Grev Moltke, Grapaere and Williams pears as well as champagne yeast and the beer will hit 6.8%-AbV. This beer is packaged in 12.7oz bottles at DeProef and the bottles feature artwork by Valdemar Alfred & Keith Shore.
