When we need a beer to travel at hyper hop speed we switch on the afterburner know as the Hop Back. Here the wort is strained through a bed of whole flower hops. This adds the fresh, lively hop you’ve come to enjoy in 5 Barrel Pale Ale, IPA, and our Red Ale.
