Lakewood Brewing Adding Lion’s Share Anniversary Ale VII, Droid Rage, Level 1 Jungle Run, Rest In Peaches, Temptress, Level 2 Temple Hop & BBT 2019

Today we bring you a new anniversary ale coming from Lakewood Brewing in Garland, TX.  This is Lion’s Share VII and this 7th anniversary ale will be a Belgian-style imperial grisette aged in California Sauvignon Blanc wine barrels.  The beer hits 8.6%-AbV and you’re looking at the 12oz bottle…release details pending.  We also have Droid Rage imperial red ale (9.3%-AbV, 12oz cans), Level 1 Jungle Run tropical IPA (6.5%-AbV, 12oz cans), Rest In Peaches American wild ale blend with apricots and peaches (11%-AbV, 12.7oz bottles) & BBT 2019 Bourbon Barrel Temptress imperial milk stout (12%-AbV, 22oz bottles).  There will be Tennessee Temptress but keg only so far (9.99%-AbV).  I’ve also added in 2020 Temptress imperial milk stout (9.1%-AbV, 56 IBU, 12oz bottles), Lion’s Share XI 11th Anniversary Cascadian barleywine ale (11.2%-AbV, 12oz cans) & Level 2 Temple Hop hazy IPA (Small Batch Series, 7.5%-AbV, 12oz cans).

BBT VIP ticket sales are now open.

The best day of the year is here! Bourbon Barrel Temptress 2019 has been resting in fine oak bourbon barrels and is ready for it’s debut. We will be hosting a VIP shindig on 12/13 at 5pm and a general release on 12/14. See ya’ll there, info below.
VIP PARTY 12/13 – 5-9 PM: $65 tickets include a commemorative BBT 2019 tasting glass, 3 10oz. pours of BBT 2019, and a signed bottle of BBT to take home. Plus we will have live music from the Steve Waller Band and Chef Pena from Goodfriend will have tasty bites for purchase.

PUBLIC RELEASE 12/14 – 12-9 PM: BBT goes on sale to the general public. First come first serve, 2 bottle limit. Growlers and crowlers will also be available.
About 2019 BBT: For this year’s release, we stashed a portion of last year’s blend and blended that with the 2019 vintage that was aged in Colorado Bourbon Barrels for a rare barrel-aged experience.
