Here’s a peek at a new machine that Lagunitas is creating and testing. This machines creates a “fresh-hop tapenade” that they will be using for a new year-round fresh-hop beer to be named Wet Dog. Once again like Tony says, “The future will not be like the past…”

…we’ve called the wet hop brew ‘Wet Dog’ @ the brewery but you might recognize it as last year’s ‘Born Yesterday’ Pale….delish.
