Here’s an interesting twist as Lagunitas Brewing works to open their Chicago Facility. Turns out the sprinkler system in the taproom was delaying the opening of the entire brewery, and as a result the taproom may be “killed in favor of the Brewery opening.” Details above from Tony Magee.
