Here’s a new Smoked Dopplebock coming out of Karbach Brewing called Pontificator. This new 22oz bottled beer uses smoked malts and of course it’s brewed in Texas….and according to the label Karbach is sure “you will think this is the best smoked Dopplebock ever brewed in Houston, TX in the 21st century” but then again they may just be pontificating.
