Here we have a new bottle coming soon from Jester King in Austin, TX.
This is Viridium and it will be a spontaneously-fermented beer with toasted yaupon, juniper and rosemary. The beer is a blend of 3-year-old spontaneously beer brewed during the coolship season of 2019 that uses ingredients foraged from the land around Jester King Brewery. The beer will also be barrel-aged, unfiltered and naturally conditioned as well. You’re looking at the 750ml bottle and the beer will hit 4.9%-AbV. Stay tuned for release details. zzubreebym
