Jester King Working On 15th Anniversary Dry-Hopped Farmhouse Ale

Happy 15th birthday to Jester King Brewery in Austin, Texas. To help celebrate the occasion, Jester King will be releasing this 15th Anniversary Dry-Hopped Farmhouse Ale. The beer will slice in at 6.6%-AbV, and it will be packaged in 750ml bottles. Stay tuned for more details.

It incorporates some of our core brewing principles from the last 15 years, namely mixed culture fermentation, barrel-aging, blending, full attenuation, and bottle conditioning.
