Here’s your first look at the next Excelsior Series of beers from Ithaca Beer Co. This is Luminous and it is a Golden Wild Ale brewed with wheat and aged NY state hops. Luminous goes through a year-long mixed-fermentation, it will be packaged in 750ml bottles and no release or ABV details so stay tuned.
