Ithaca Beer Co Set To Move In To New Facility Aug 31st

ITHACA — Ithaca Beer Company is seeing triple — with modifications to their new brewing facility, brew pub and beer garden approved.

The Town of Ithaca Planning Board on Tuesday night authorized Ithaca Beer’s proposal to reduce the amount of pavement planned at the facility, among other changes, some of which were already installed.

The beer company plans to relocate to the new facility, 122 Ithaca Beer Drive, off of Elmira Road, by Aug. 31.

Beer is already being brewed at the new complex.

When the new establishment is opened, the company will have beer tasting and serve pints, according to Ithaca Beer Owner Dan Mitchell.

The planned restaurant won’t be open until sometime in mid-October, Mitchell said.

The food served will primarily be wood-fired pizza.
