Brewed with a recipe developed over a decade of experimenting with brewing techniques and hop varietals, Block 15 IPA begins and ends with classically unapologetic Northwest hops, which our brewers carefully balance through a progressive approach to hopping, a supportive malt backbone, and a water profile that gently softens bitterness on the finish. Vibrantly hoppy and always evolving, Block 15 IPA is brewed often and canned fresh to maximize flavor and aroma.

Block 15 IPA will be available for pickup at this week’s Drive-Thru Release at our south Corvallis Tap Room, alongside another huge lineup of other great Block 15 beers in both cans and bottles, kegs for your kegerator, Crowler fills fresh from the tap, and vintage selections from our cellar.
As a special addition to this week’s sale, we have hooked up a number of kegs from our cellar and will be filling a limited number of Crowlers of Block Friday 2018 and The Prophecies 2018!

As with all of our sales, all purchases will be made through our online store, which is now open and will remain open until Friday at 9:00am.
A COUPLE OF IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING ORDERS
- We’re changing the way you can choose your Saturday pick-up time! You can now choose your pick-up time slot during the checkout process. If you do not choose a time slot specifically it will default to the first available time. On Friday afternoon you will receive details regarding your order pick-up and confirmation of your pick-up time, so please keep an eye out for that message!
- Your name and address that you submit in this process must match the legal name on your Identification. ID WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL ORDERS, no matter your age.
- Orders may not be modified during pickup. The order that you place today is the order you will receive on Saturday.
- Do not worry about getting out of your car! Simply check-in with the greeter in the parking lot, and they will notify our staff inside that you have arrived. Pull your vehicle up to the designated load in spot and someone will run out your order and load it up! Easy peasy!
