Here we have yet a release coming to the Single Hop Ale Series from Hopworks in Portland, OR.  This is IPX Azacca and yes it uses organic salmon-safe Azacca hops.  This is a 22oz bottle and the beer hits 6%-AbV and 60 IBU.
