Hof Ten Dormaal – Barrel Aged Project Brews No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 & 8

Here’s your first look at an exciting new project from Hof Ten Dormaal called Barrel-Aged project.  This series of brews starts with an original Belgian blonde ale and ages it in various types of barrels.  All of these brews are packaged in 750ml bottles and all come in at 12% ABV.  Today we have Brew No 2 (Cognac Barrels, 3240 bottles), No 3 (Madiera barrels, 1908 bottles), No 4 (Armagnac barrels, 1345 bottles), No 5 (Sherry barrels, 3744 barrels), No 7 (Ardbeg Whiskey barrels, 1230 bottles), No 8 (Sauternes barrels, 2450 bottles)….and I suspect we will see No 6 coming soon.  Update…and here it is (port barrels, 2536 bottles).
