Everyone knows that dark and roasty beers are perfect to keep you warm in the winter. That’s why we’ve brewed up CaCow, a delectable milk stout for a winter seasonal beer. This full-bodied brew was inspired by the flavors of chocolate milk, with lactose added to provide its creamy consistency. CaCow offers chocolate sweetness, balanced by bold coffee notes. This luscious winter seasonal was created by our Virginia Beach employees as a part of our Genius Lab pilot brewing program. Genius Lab allows any of our employees to dream up a beer recipe with the chance of it coming to life, and CaCow is the very first to be brewed from our Virginia Beach team.
