Green Flash Cellar 3 – Rayon Vert & Le Freak Barrique

Today we get a peek at two no bottle releases coming to the Green Flash Cellar 3 series of beers.  Up first is Rayon Vert and this Belgian-style Pale Ale is actually bottle conditioned with brettanomyces yeast for 6 weeks before it will be released.  This 2015 Batch 01 limited reserve beer comes in at 7% ABV.  Up next is Le Freak Barrique and it is a Belgian-style IPA that is dry-hopped with Amarillo and fermented with two different yeasts.  This Belgian-style Trippel / American Imperial IPA hybrid is aged for 12-24 months in red wine barrels and it comes in at 9.2% ABV.  Both of these beers will be packaged in 750ml bottles on 16 Feb 2015 so stay tuned for release details.

The updated label at the top raises the ABV to 10.1%
