Today we get to see the 1st & 2nd release in the Goose Island Cooper Project series of beers. Release No 2 is a Blonde Doppelbock that is aged in Bourbon barrels for 3-months. Look for this beer to be packaged in 12oz bottles and stay tuned here for AbV and release details. We also have added Cooper Project No 1 Bourbon barrel-aged (4-months) Scotch Ale. These are both 2017 releases.
