Goose Island Cascara Grisette Coming To Fulton & Woods Series 6/8

Here’s your first look at the 2nd release coming in 2017 to the Goose Island Fulton & Wood Series of beers.  This is Cascara Grisette and it is a Belgian-style Grisette brewed with Cascara cherries.

Goose Island’s second Fulton & Wood Series launch of 2017, Cascara Grisette, is an uncommon beer style that we’re quite happy to be pairing Empire Burgers & Brews for this release party. The Grisette style is a type of Saison that, combined with Cascara (a dried fruit from coffee cherries), creates a crisp and refreshing, dry ale with hibiscus and raspberry notes. Grab a ticket and enjoy a pint with us.
