Brasserie Blanc is a golden ale aged in wine barrels with Orange Muscat grape juice, Brasserie Blanc has an aroma of semi-sweet Muscat grapes and a delicate body. A touch of tartness is cut by a dry finish imparted by the yeast Brettanomyces, resulting in a flavor profile that is reminiscent of wild-fermented old-world ales.
