Goose Island Adding Sofie La Mure
This morning we get to see a new beer coming to bottles from Goose Island in Chicago, IL.  This is Sofie La Mure and it is a Belgian-style ale aged in red wine barrels with blackberry juice.  This Sofie and Ferme La Mure cousin will be fermented with brettanomyces and packaged in 500ml bottles.  Stay tuned for release info.  2019 packaging below.image
