Ticket Information

Beer and space is limited; your ticket secures entry for one adult 21+ years of age into this year’s event! Tiered ticket pricing will also include:

• Souvenir tasting glass

• Either six or 12 – 12oz bottles of XXI, depending on the ticket purchase of your choosing.

• Ticket prices include tax, CRV & Eventbrite fees

• The opportunity to taste many amazing beers created by the Firestone Walker Brewing team.

• Classic BBQ Lunch Plate provided by Old San Luis BBQ

• Live music to entertain your ears as you entertain your taste buds

• Special Bottle Release available for purchase to event attendees only! SCOTCH PARABOLA! (Yes, Parabola aged in Scotch barrels. *incredibly limited, six bottle max per person.)

• 12 bottle max purchase per person ALL DAY!

Note: if you buy the 12-bottle package as your ticket then you will NOT have the opportunity to purchase anymore XXI Anniversary Ale at pick-up. Fear not, you will be able to purchase limited bottles of the limited produced Parabola aged in Scotch barrels if 12 bottles of XXI is just not enough for you!

Courtyard Marriot Inn in Paso Robles, $10 per person, 10:15am pick-up, 2:45pm return

FAQ’s

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Yes, this is a 21 and over event, please be prepared to show ID along with your printed receipt to obtain entry into the event. Anyone not able to show proof of age will not be allowed in to the event, PLEASE DO NOT FORGET YOUR IDs.

Are there Designated Driver or Under 21 tickets?

No. Everyone in attendance must be 21 or older.  There must be at least six bottles purchased per each adult in order to attend.

What can/can’t I bring to the event?

No outside food or beverage are allowed in this event.  Please leave all pets and small children at home. Thank you!

Is the event outdoors, what weather should I plan for?

Paso Robles in November can provide varying weather, we suggest checking weather reports before heading out to the event. In past years, we have had 80 degrees and sunshine as well as 65 and raining! The event occurs outdoors this year so we suggest preparing for both. Yes, this event is rain or shine!

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

If you are in need of transferring your ticket prior to October 27th, 2016 please email [email protected] to make adjustments. Past EOD October 27th the ticket will no longer be transferrable.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, please bring a printed copy of your ticket. This will ensure a timely check in the day of the event.

What time should I arrive that day?

In past years people have showed up hours prior to the event starting. For that reason we will gladly start check in at 9:30am.

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds for this event. Please plan accordingly.

Can I have my bottles shipped or pick-up at a later date?

No! If you purchase a ticket, you must pick up your bottles by 2:30pm on Saturday, Nov. 4th at the event site. Bottles not picked up by this time will be forfeited back to Firestone Walker Brewing Company.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?

That’s okay! Each ticket purchased has a unique barcode that will only be able to be scanned once, so feel free to buy a ticket for your best friend, best lady, or your Mom and Dad! We won’t mind, what you do with the bottles however is up to you…
