We launched Hopnosis (6.7% ABV, 45 IBU) early last year as our next-generation West Coast-style IPA. Now the time has come to embrace an even more accurate moniker for Hopnosis: Cold IPA.
While IPAs are usually fermented with ale yeasts, cold IPAs like Hopnosis use lager yeasts. Combine this with Hopnosis’s use of Mosaic Cryo Hops®, and you’ve got a crisp and crushable IPA on your hands.
