Paso Robles, CA  – Firestone Walker is packing the past, present and future of its California IPA experience into the new “Beer Before Glory” mixed pack, showcasing the heritage and evolution of the West Coast style over the past 20 years.

The Beer Before Glory IPA Mixed Pack features the all-new Firestone California IPA; the highly anticipated return of Luponic Distortion IPA; the Cold IPA phenomenon known as Hopnosis; and Union Jack, the West Coast IPA icon. Each beer is made at Firestone Walker’s solar-powered brewery in Paso Robles on California’s Central Coast. The Beer Before Glory IPA Mixed Pack is now rolling out to all Firestone Walker markets.

Firestone California IPA | 6.5% ABV

The all-new Firestone California IPA is a future-forward beer born of West Coast roots and Firestone Walker flair. This is a beer that draws from the brewery’s nearly 20 years of experience with the ever-evolving West Coast IPA style. Various tricks learned from brewing Union Jack, Luponic Distortion and Hopnosis have been incorporated into a single beer that rings all of the bells of a modern California IPA. Luponic Distortion | 5.9% ABV

Luponic Distortion is the Firestone Walker trailblazer that continues to break the rules, back for the first time since 2021. The classic Luponic Distortion base recipe returns with an all-new hop blend to deliver a fresh blast from the past. Brewed with a secret blend of new-age hops, the 2024 edition of Luponic Distortion turns up the volume with mind-bending flavors of lychee, peach, nectarine and strawberry. Hopnosis: Cold IPA | 6.7% ABV

Hopnosis is the culmination of Firestone Walker’s quest to master the Cold IPA style. Brewed with Mosaic Cryo Hops®, Hopnosis is a seamless, aromatic and explosively tropical beer, employing Cold IPA brewing techniques to create an ultimate new-school expression of a West Coast IPA. The resulting beer delivers pure hop character with minimal bitterness, loaded with flavors of mango, passionfruit, white grape and lychee.

Union Jack: West Coast IPA | 7% ABV
