Today we have three new brews from Evolution Craft Brewing (Delmar DE):
Migration Series Fall 2011 Chardonnay Barrel Belgian Style Ale. A Belgian style ale aged in oak chardonnay barrels with brett yeast. (750ml bottles 7.2% ABV)
Menagerie No 3 Redux Scotch Ale. Ale aged in oak bourbon barrels..one off blended brew (750ml bottles 9.4% ABV)
Morning Wood Ale. Continuing the theme set by IC Amber, Evolution releases a keg-only malt beverage aged in Oak Bourbon barrels with Coffee beans.
