This morning I have a new bottle & can coming from Elysian Brewing in Seattle, WA. This is Mother Pig and it will be an IPA inspired by the Hop Picker and Brulotte Farms in Toppenish, WA. The beer is brewed with the new hop-forward BRU-1 variety. The beer will hit 7.5%-AbV and you’re looking at the 12oz bottle (12oz cans below). Stay tuned here for release info.
