Today we bring you a new bottle from Elysian Brewing in Seattle, WA. This is Raspy Whisper and it will be a raspberry chocolate gose brewed with White Wheat, Magnum hops, Simcoe hops, sea salt and Indian coriander. If that’s not enough fun, Elysian added 20-pounds per barrel of raspberries and 5-pounds of Theo coco nibs. This Manic Series beer will hit a sessionable 3.8%-AbV and this is the 22oz bottle.
