Ecliptic Adding Io Experimental IPA 2019

This morning we have the 2019 Edition of Io Experimental IPA from Ecliptic Brewing in Portland, OR.  Named for Jupiter’s moon, Io is brewed with Enigma, Apollo, XO6277 hops as well as Citra and Mosaic CO2 hop extract.  If that’s not enough fun, Io uses Voss Kveik Norwegian yeast to hit 8.5%-AbV.  This is the 16.9oz bottle and stay tuned for release info.
