Here’s an interesting collaboration between Draai Laag Brewing Co in Allison Park, PA and Caliente Pizza & Draft House. This is The Plague and It is an ale fermented with red raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. This beer started as a Belgian-inspired stout and the beer was blended (aged in French oak Syrah wine casks & un-aged beer) and finished on berries. This is a 500ml bottle and the beer hits 9%-AbV.
