Double Mountain Adding Saison Souplesse Refillable Bottles

This morning we have a new refillable bottle coming from Double Mountain Brewery in Hood River, OR.  This is Saison Souplesse and it will be aged in oak with Brettanomyces Claussenii.  The beer will hit 6.7%-AbV & 30 IBU and you’re looking at the 12,7oz refillable bottle.  Stay tuned for more details.

This oak-aged Saison, refermented with Brettanomyces clausenii, is just that. It bursts with tropical fruits, bright citrus, funk, and crisp oak.
