Today we bring you a new sour bottle coming from Deschutes Brewery in Bend, OR. This is Southern Sister and it will be a mixed culture sour ale with peaches and vanilla. The beer is aged for 12-months in Bourbon barrels and packaged in 500ml bottles. Named for Oregon’s Southern Sister Trail, this beer uses Sacch, Brett and bacteria & cultures from fruit.
