Here’s the latest Brewmaster’s Collaboration beer coming from DeProef. For this version DeProef brewmaster Dirk Naudts partnered with Tomme Arthur from Port Brewing and the beer is called Signature Ale. This hybrid Belgian / American ale uses American hops and the Belgian yeast flavors of Brettanomyces. This beer will be packaged in 750ml bottles and come in at 8.5% ABV.
