Restaurant and brewery partnerships seem to be a new trend. DGS Delicatessen is collaborating with DC Brau on a new brew. Beer and slivovitz (a plum brandy that DGS makes in-house) is being combined to create a summer IPA. DGS will have a release party on June 27 to celebrate the new creation.
