Dade City Brewhouse & Gulfport Brewery Collaborate On Daisy Cukes

Sometimes I come across a beer label that I can’t resist publishing, and today that label comes to us from Dade City Brewhouse in Dade CIty, FL. This is Daisy Cukes and it will be a collaboration with Gulfport Brewery in Gulfport, FL. The beer will be a summer wheat ale with cucumber, lemon peel and juniper berries. Look for daisy to ride in at 5.1%-AbV and it will be packaged in these 16oz cans. Stay tuned for release details.

Dade City Brew House is the vision of Geoff Layne. 
Located in Dade City’s newest event destination, The Block, Dade City Brew House sits where the car dealership used to be on the corner of 7th and Robinson.  The Block is also home to Crossfit HCP, an event venue, outdoor stage and bar and is conveniently located just off Hardy Trail. Dade City Brew House is a great place to stop during your bike ride or walk. Our brew system at Dade City Brew House is manufactured by Premier Stainless Systems out of California. This is a 10BBL Combi System, meaning the hot liquor and mash tun are combined.  Direct fire is used for heating, running on natural gas.  Specifically, the fire chamber blows in heat as opposed to steam which other systems use.  This is a brew pub style system which works perfect for our taproom brewing needs here at Dade City Brew House.
