Here’s your first peek at what I believe is the first bottled beer to come out of Larry Sidor’s Crux Fermentation Project in Bend, OR (history here). This beer is part of something called the Tasting Room Series and the beer is simply called Crux Porter. This porter will be packaged in 500ml bottles and it will come in at 5.2% ABV and 30 IBU.
