Crux Fermentation Project – Off Leash, Impasse, Insider IPA & Doublecross

This morning we get to see four new 500ml bottles coming from Crux fermentation Project. Off Leash is a Northwest Session Ale named after Bend,OR’s reputation as “Dog Town USA". This beer uses local Citra, Centennial and Crystal hops and it comes in at 4.5% ABV. Impasse is a Saison that uses open fermentation and comes in at 6.6% ABV. Insider IPA uses Sterling hops and comes in at 8% ABV and Doublecross is a dark Belgian-style ale that comes in at 11% ABV.
