Coachella Valley Brewing Release Saison L’Autumne

This seasonal offering is one of Coachella Valley Brewing Company’s most prized Belgian Farmhouse style ales.  Showcasing a bountiful array of ingredients from the fall harvest, locally grown pumpkins, and yams, are added to the mash while sumptuous Ceylon Cinnamon, Jamaican All Spice, and Sri Lankan Cardamom,  clove, and nutmeg, provide a harmonious balance to this spicy yet crisp Saison. Notes of Sweet Potato pie, Candied Yams, and burnt sugar marry with our special Saison yeast blend to provide a stomach stoking warmth and a delicate spicy complexity that begs to be paired with the finest holiday meal.
