Cigar City – IPA Day Festivities & Beer List

Here’s a list of the beers that will be served @ Cigar City in honor of IPA Day tomorrow (8/2):

IPA Day is tomorrow, Thursday, August 2nd! We’re tapping a whole mess of IPA’s for it in our tasting room. Here’s what we’re tapping at 11am when the tasting room opens:

– Jai Alai IPA
– Blueberry IPA
– Cucumber IPA
– Galaxy IPA (dry-hopped with Galaxy hops)
– Guava Apple Cinnamon IPA
– Humidor Series IPA
– Humidor Series Peach IPA
– Jaiway to Helles IPA (Jai Alai blended with Hotter Than Helles Lager with a special hop blend mbb)
– Juniper IPA
– Mango IPA
– Orange Wood IPA
– Papaya IPA
– Peach IPA
– Raspberry IPA
– Smoked IPA
– Swordfight IPA (aged on Spanish cedar and white oak)
– Tangerine Ginger IPA
– Tropical White Oak IPA (aged on strawberries, banana, pineapple and white oak mbb)
– Twig ‘n’ Berries (aged on juniper berries and Spanish cedar)
– Firkin of White Oak Jai Alai IPA

In addition, expect to see these beers make it on throughout the day at some point.

– Apricot IPA
– Humidor Series Maple Bourbon IPA
– Mango Habanero IPA
– Orange Wood Pineapple IPA

We’re not going to be growlering ANY of these IPA’s aside from Jai Alai, so we’ll keep on some other beers for growler folks:

– Hotter Than Helles Lager
– Maduro Brown Ale
– Tocobaga Red Ale

Also we couldn’t figure out a cool way to do nitro IPA’s so our nitro taps are still pouring:

– Minaret ESB
– Puppy’s Breath Porter
