The beer is a blend of sour blonde and wheat ales that is aged in white wine barrels for up to two-years with Willamette Valley-grown Chardonnay grapes (followed by a late infusion of fresh Meyer lemon zest and dried elderflowers. The beer will hit 7.5%-AbV and you’re looking at the 500ml bottle. Stay tuned for release timing.
