Here we have a new Sour Series beer coming from Captain Lawrence Brewing in Elmsford, NY.  This is Leaking Staves and it is a sour ale aged in French oak foudres with NY-grown Cabernet grapes and brettanomyces.  This beer will hit 7%-AbV and it will be released in 12.7oz bottles.  Stay tuned for release details.
