We’re not just dreaming up new, delicious hop combinations here at Captain Lawrence; we also have a bit of a sweet tooth, and our latest release is definitely the stuff of sweet dreams.  Toasted coconut, chocolate and milk sugar help recreate one of our favorite donuts in our inaugural Pastry Dreams release. 
Silky smooth and full-bodied, our sweet additions balance beautifully with a roasty malt base. Perfect for a nightcap or a weekend brunch, this stout is a dream come true!

Speaking of new, delicious hop combinations, the latest batch of our ‘Fog’ series has hit the shelves!  Bursting with double the amount of hops we typically use, Interstellar Fog’s generous use of Comet and Citra hops creates bold notes of grapefruit zest, orange, lemon with a healthy dose of dankness.  This juice bomb is sure to give you an out of this world experience!
