UNLEASH THE BEASTS WITHIN: A MYTHICAL JOURNEY THROUGH

WESTSIDE WILDS – BLACK PEPPERCORN FOEDER SAISON ALE WITH BRETT

Greetings, fellow beer enthusiasts! Gather ’round as we unveil a legendary brew that will awaken your senses and transport you to a realm where flavor reigns supreme. Behold, the majestic release of Westside Wilds – Black Peppercorn Foeder Saison Ale with Brett, a beer crafted with the power of two creatures of epic proportions, Brettanomyces Dekkara and Brettanomyces Lambicus!  zzubreebym

In the depths of the brewing realm, where creativity knows no bounds, our brewers have summoned these extraordinary yeast strains to breathe new life into the traditional Saison. Like the mighty phoenix rising from the ashes, these spellbinding yeasts weave their magic, infusing the ale with an enchanting symphony of flavors that will leave you in awe.

Picture the Brettanomyces Dekkara as a soaring griffin, fierce and untamed. It lends an intriguing touch to the brew, adding layers of complexity that dance upon your tongue. Notes of earthiness and a whisper of wild barnyard funk enthrall your senses as if you’ve stumbled upon an ancient forest inhabited by magical creatures.

Now, let us introduce you to Brettanomyces Lambicus, a creature of elegance and grace, much like a majestic unicorn. This legendary yeast imparts subtle fruity esters and lactic acid, invoking visions of sun-kissed orchards and enchanted meadows. It dances with the infusion of peppercorns, added to champion the efflorescent tones and entwining its flavors in a captivating display of harmony.

But wait! Don’t let the mention of lactic acid mislead you. While this elixir possesses a gentle tartness reminiscent of storied nectar, it does not wander into the realm of "sour" beers. Instead, it adds a touch of intrigue, an enigmatic twist that sets this brew apart from the ordinary.

With Westside Wilds, you embark on a fantastical journey with each sip. The peppercorn emerges as a magical force, releasing a tantalizing burst of flavor that awakens your palate with a spirited zeal. It’s as if you’ve stumbled upon a hidden treasure guarded by fantastical creatures, awaiting your discovery.

So, dear adventurers, prepare your chalices and ready your taste buds for an experience of wonder like no other. Let the Peppercorn Saison Ale guide you through the Westside Wilds, a transcendent realm of flavors, where the ancient beasts of Brettanomyces rule. Embrace the mystique, savor the complexity, and unlock the secrets of this extraordinary ale.

Raise your glass and join us on June 22 as we toast to the enchantment that is Westside Wilds. Cheers to the otherworldly creatures within our glasses, and to the adventures that lie ahead!
