We’re thrilled to release Batch Three of Fundamental Observation, our chart-topping Imperial Vanilla Stout! This "liquid brownie batter" was aged in a combination of WL Weller, Buffalo Trace, Rebel Yell, and Four Roses bourbon barrels and finished out at a mighty 13.6% ABV. Each individual barrel saw multiple additions of Madagascar vanilla beans, each ultimately aging with 2.5 pounds over the course of a year.

Fundamental Observation was honored as 2015’s Best New Beer on Beer Advocate.com and continues to be one of our most sought-after releases.
