We brought you the story of this beer being co brewed with Ninkasi, and now based on this label approval, it will return. This is Bell’s Brewery Eccentric Ale 2013 and it is brewed with wild sage, pink peppercorns, pinot noir grape reduction syrup, maple syrup, molasses, sugars, ginger, juniper berries, caraway seeds and coriander. If that’s not eccentric enough, this beer is aged with oak staves. This is the 12oz bottle packaging.
