About Ranch City Brewing:
Ranch City Brewing is a new craft brewery and restaurant located at the Simon Silk Mill in Easton, PA. It replaces Böser Geist Brewing Co.. The brewery is owned by A.J. Mitchell and Kyle Randell, who also own Twisted Tees and Sweet Revenge at the Outlets at Wind Creek Bethlehem. Dan O’Leary, with experience from Iron Hill Brewery, is the head brewer. Ranch City offers a variety of beers, including IPAs, lagers, porters, stouts, and hard seltzer, with plans for local guest beers and wines. They also feature a full bar with Pennsylvania bourbons and elevated pub fare, including artisan pizzas.
