Jester King Releasing Atrial Rubicite & 分 桃 (𝐅ē𝐧 𝐓á𝐨) July 26th

We’re excited to announce the return of two of our all-time favorite beers, Atrial Rubicite & 分 桃 (𝐅ē𝐧 𝐓á𝐨) on Saturday, July 26th at 11am! 

Atrial Rubicite (batch 14) is barrel-aged wild ale refermented with raspberries, and 分 桃 (𝐅ē𝐧 𝐓á𝐨) (batch 11) is barrel-aged wild beer re-fermented with Texas Hill Country Peaches. Both beers are dramatic expressions of the character of the fruit and exemplify our passion for wild fermentation.

Both beers will be available by the glass and in bottles to go (500ml / $20) when we open at 11am on the 26th. This isn’t 2015! We won’t be imposing bottle limits, and yes, both of these beers will see distribution in Texas and beyond. However, we still encourage you to come out for the release, enjoy the beers by the glass with delicious food from our kitchen, see the goats, listen to some live music, enjoy the Hill Country environs, and take some bottles home.
